Ronnie had a full day today. They checked his grafts this morning and everything seen to be looking good. The estimate is that about 97% of his grafts are now in his own skin! Ronnie was also able to get up in his chair for a few hours and they let him sit by a window for a little while and relax. He will be seeing a speech therapist in the mornings to try to work some more on his swallowing and also with a slightly damaged vocal chord. Pray his throat will continue to heal from all the tubes and that the remainder of the tubes (especially the feeding tube) will be able to come out soon.
