Taylor's dad bought us both flowers from a school fundraser. We love having a taste of spring in our room. Aren't they beautiful?? They smell good too :D

Spring Cleaning!
Paw Paw would be so proud to know that I know that today is the first day of spring, even though the weather did decide to switch to cold for some reason today. Regardless, I am celebrating by doing a little spring cleaning to avoid the mountain of homework. My roommate Taylor and I have a swimming class twice a week now so our room smells like chlorine, so I decided to do some laundry, wash the towels and suites, and catch up on some chores. :)

Bound to Hit Traffic
Sometimes we go through life expecting all the lights to be green. We plan are scheduals thinking unconsiously, "I can get there in 13 minutes if I make good time." But the fact of the matter is we are going to hit the red lights sooner or later.
Relationships work the same way. So often I expect so much out of those around me. I have unreasonalble expectations of who I want a person to be or how I want them to act, but the fact of the matter is no one is perfect. Life isnt perfect. and we cant get bent out of shape when we hit the red lights. Besides, you wont appreciate the green lights until you have dealt with the reds.
Great sermon Pastor Doug.

Head in the clouds
Spring is in the air! The warm breeze has been blowing the past couple days and if you look closely, you can see that the trees are starting to get their fresh new buds. Soon enough there will be flowers to match this warm weather! *blissful sigh* The breeze blowing, smell of fresh air... i can almost hear those books singing.... BOOKS????
Yup, it's true. I cant get the homework out of my head, even when nature seems to be begging me to escape. Seems like even on Spring Break I cant catch a break from the trail of research papers and chemistry that seem to be tied to my ankles. With less than 36 hours until classes begin, i am beginning to worry if I will ever see the end of this to-do list. *sigh*

Scrapbooking
Spring break is winding down to an end. I have begged the hours to slow down, but to my disappointment, I return to school tomorrow. I regret to say that my homework for this week is not yet near completion.
I have spent my break relaxing in Ft. Wayne with my grandparents and then in Indianapolis. Lately, I have spent my time scrap booking with Lindy and Jeanne :-D I think I have done about 100 pictures on 6 spreads.
This pic is a little bit old, but we are still doing the same thing...
